I completed my Masters in Human Resource Management in 2008, after working in a generalist HR role I realised that my passion was working in Graduate Recruitment.

My past experiences includes recruiting for the top Investment Banking companies in the world, these include, Citi, Credit Suisse and HSBC. I am now focused on the Early Careers recruitment and looking forward to hiring for the 2018 Digital Technology Apprenticeship programme.

Top Advice

Come prepared and enjoy the experience!
Always ensure that you are prepared for an assessment centre or interviews. my top tip is to use the STAR method when answering questions to competency based interviews. see below for what this means:

Situation/Task - what was the situation or task?
Action - what action did you take?
Results - what was the outcome?

if you use the above method, then it will help you to ensure that you have answered the question asked. finally enjoy the experience and don't let your nerves get the best of you.
